• Sharing pirated media or software
• Using Magpiie to distribute copyrighted material illegally
• Violating trademarks or licensing rights

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to upload or share content within the platform.

3.3 Harmful or Malicious Activities

Users may not attempt to harm the platform or its infrastructure. Prohibited actions include:

• Attempting to hack or breach the platform
• Launching denial-of-service (DoS) attacks
• Uploading malicious code or malware
• Attempting to bypass security mechanisms
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in the platform

These activities may lead to immediate suspension and legal action.

3.4 Abuse of Platform Resources

Users may not misuse Magpiie infrastructure in ways that negatively affect other users. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Misusing collaboration features for spam
• Using the platform for unrelated automated operations

Such misuse may result in restricted access.

4. Content Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for the content they upload or share within Magpiie. By uploading content, users confirm that:

• The content complies with applicable laws
• The content does not violate this Acceptable Use Policy

Metapher Media Labs does not actively monitor all content but may review content if violations are reported.

5. Platform Integrity

Users must not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Magpiie platform. Prohibited actions include:

• Reverse engineering platform software
• Attempting to copy or replicate platform features
• Circumventing access controls
• Interfering with security systems

Users must respect the technical integrity of the service.

6. Payment and Financial Compliance

Magpiie processes subscription payments through trusted payment providers including:

• Razorpay – subscription billing
• PayPal – international and enterprise payments
• Payoneer – enterprise payment processing
• Bank transfers – enterprise agreements

Users must not:

• Use stolen payment methods
• Attempt fraudulent chargebacks
• Circumvent payment systems

Financial fraud may result in account suspension and investigation.

7. Security Responsibilities of Users

Users play an important role in maintaining platform security. Users should:

• Use strong and secure passwords
• Protect their account credentials
• Monitor access to shared workspaces
• Avoid sharing login information

Users must notify Magpiie immediately if they suspect unauthorized account access.

8. Reporting Violations
